• Quick Bio

  Unique as her personality. As carefree as the waves that crash along the shores of Ruby sea. A Raen by race, though scales are not upon her features. Upon birth she bore no scales upon her body or face. Out casted as first glance would be given, she was seen as diseased, broken, mistake, or perhaps a curse from the gods. She often found herself with her tail tucked between her legs hiding from the children that found it necessary to throw rocks or bully her. As best are her parent's could muster they could no protect her from the negativity that was casted upon her growing up. As the seasons changed, the ocean moved, war commenced around them as the empire caused terror to some parts of Yanxia and Ruby Sea. Aurora, a youthful age of seventeen took it upon herself to remove her presence from that of her people. She had no wish to cause them any more anger or disgust with her presence before them. Running, running as fast as her feet would allow. Running until her lungs felt like heavy stones, heaving from exhaustion. She no longer was home, traveling where ever she felt was the correct direction. Never has she left home so direction or even familiarity of the surroundings was dull and not within her grasp. As a few days passed she managed to make her way to Kugane. Blessed by its artwork, the culture, the markets and smell of sulfur from the near by hot springs lingered. The fresh scent of salt would slip through the town as the ocean hugged it closely. She took mental notes within her time staying there. Her hunger to learn of culture and other ranges of art held her tongue and soul. Her soul felt lust towards such beauty which the world held before her. For once, she was not stoned, teased, looked down upon. Even so, some villagers found her unique. Beautiful even. From Kugane as she earned a few gil here and there she traveled more. Years passed within her travels as she witnessed Eorzea. Exploring every aspect of it until finding Gridania to be her "home" and comfort. Now a age of twenty-three she continues to study and indulge in art and culture. Where her scales would be, laid intricate tattoos. Each piece from most of her favorite locations. Some were even created by herself as she learned and taught herself to paint and bare art of her own. Upon her time growing up the last few years have taught her four things about herself. One, she dislikes shoes finding her bare feet a comfort. Two; The world is her oyster and she plans to devour what it has to offer and savor the taste she receives. Three; Music and art is her life, her soul, her tranquility amongst the fray and negative which the world holds within its shadows. Finally, her fourth aspect, her life motto; "Your definition is infinite. You are a monarch. The life is borderless. See it, hold it, love it dearly, and define yourself by your own song. Dance to your song because YOU, and only YOU know the words to your melody."
